Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team in Missouri, contributing to safe, reliable supply chain solutions for customers. You will load/unload grain, operate heavy equipment, and manage storage while upholding strict safety protocols.

Candidates should be able to pass a pre-employment physical/drug screen, work overtime including nights/weekends/holidays, and endure outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with climbing ladders, heights and confined spaces.
• Work in environments with grain dust and other particulates.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain while assisting with weighing/grading of grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating/moving grain piles and maintaining bins/storage structures.
