Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to safe and reliable supply chain solutions. You will load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading, and operate diverse equipment to move and store product.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Comfort outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to handle dusty grain environments.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload grain and assist with weighing/grading of trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, rail movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating/moving piles and cleaning bins.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Perform general maintenance to support operations.
