Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading grain, weighing and grading, operating heavy equipment, and managing storage while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Overtime, outdoor work in all weather, and adherence to safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Willing to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable outdoors in extreme heat, cold and high winds.
• Able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Experience in grain facilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain and assist with weighing and grading of grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles, and perform cleaning of bins/storage structures.
• Follow safety protocols and promptly report unsafe practices or hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.
