Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to our mission of safe, reliable supply chain solutions. You will load and unload grain, weigh and grade trucks, and operate heavy equipment across our grain facilities.

We value safety, dependability, and teamwork, with opportunities to maintain storage areas and support daily operations while adhering to PPE protocols and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Comfortable around dust and airborne particles in grain facilities.
• Willingness to wear PPE such as hard hats and safety glasses.
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs daily.
• Experience in a grain facility is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, track mobiles, rail car movers).
• Manage grain storage by creating and moving piles and cleaning bins.
• Uphold safety protocols and report unsafe practices or hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.
