Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team in Tribune Township, KS. You will safely load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading, and operate heavy equipment including loaders and skid steer loaders.

You’ll manage grain storage and maintain clean facilities while adhering to safety protocols. Full-time position with overtime, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights, in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain and assist with weighing/grading.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and skid steers.
• Manage grain storage and keep bins and facilities clean.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards promptly.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.
