Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to safe, reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. You will load/unload grain, operate heavy equipment, and manage grain storage while maintaining safety and cleanliness across storage facilities.

Outdoor work in all weather is required, with potential overtime and weekend shifts. We provide PPE and encourage a culture of safety and teamwork across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain and assist with weighing/grading of grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating and moving piles and performing cleaning/housekeeping of bins and storage structures.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.
