Job summary

Scoular in Montana is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and help ensure safe, reliable grain handling and storage across our facilities.

You will load/unload grain, operate heavy equipment, manage storage, and uphold safety standards while supporting maintenance tasks. The role requires outdoors work in all weather and flexibility for overtime, including nights and holidays. Prior grain facility experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Climb ladders, heights and work in confined spaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with weighing and grading of grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles and performing general cleaning of bins and storage structures.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
