The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. This seasonal role involves loading/unloading grain, operating heavy equipment, and managing grain storage in a fast-paced environment.

You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, adhere to strict safety protocols, and support ongoing maintenance tasks.

Formación

• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
• Seasonal hours, not full-time.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, rail movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage, create/move piles, and clean storage bins.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance to support operations.
