Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a Retention, Progression, and Completion (RPC) Coordinator in the Graduate College. You will manage a caseload, guide graduate students through milestones, and certify degree completions across 175+ programs, evaluating transcripts and credentials to ensure all requirements are met.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in higher education; a Master’s degree and broader experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the US Department of Education.
• 1–3 years of experience in higher education or related field.
• Experience evaluating academic records and advising students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously guide graduate students through milestones and degree completions.
• Evaluate transcripts, foreign credentials, transfer credits, and GPAs to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide policy guidance to help navigate institutional requirements and appeals.
• Support retention and student-success programs and trainings.
