Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for a Retention, Progression, and Completion (RPC) Coordinator to lead graduate student milestones and degree completions across 175+ programs.

You will independently evaluate academic records, ensure policy compliance, and support equity-minded retention initiatives in a collaborative Graduate College, reporting to campus partners in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1–3 years of experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.
• Master’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of related professional experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and serve as the primary expert for students, faculty, and staff within designated colleges and programs.
• Autonomously guide graduate students through their academic milestones and certify degree completions across 175+ programs.
• Evaluate complex academic records including transcripts, foreign credentials, transfer credits, and GPAs to ensure graduation requirements are met.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant electronic record management and audit operational processes to streamline workflows.
