You will manage a caseload, audit graduate records, and certify degree completions across 175+ programs; evaluate transcripts, transfer credits, and GPAs to ensure graduation requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1–3 years of experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of related higher education experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with graduate student practices, retention policies, and associated best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of graduate students and certify degree completions across 175+ programs.
• Evaluate transcripts, foreign credentials, transfer credits, and GPAs to ensure degree requirements are met.
• Provide policy guidance and trainings, maintain FERPA-compliant records, and support BRIDGE and other student-success initiatives.
