Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Registrar Analyst, UNLV University Registrar [R0153192]. The Registrar Analyst performs operational functions within Curriculum Management and Degree Audit in the Office of the Registrar’s Progression & Completion Enrollment Management unit, with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities include updating degree progress, encoding and troubleshooting degree audit reports, and assisting with undergraduate catalog maintenance.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of related professional experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and with handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Update student records in degree audit.
• Encode degree audit reports.
• Troubleshoot degree audit report errors.
• Assist in the maintenance and production of the undergraduate catalog.
• Aid in the technical review of program proposals and in their implementation in Acalog, MyUNLV, and uAchieve.
