Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice, under a preceptor and district leader, completing a 120-day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store, district, and regional operations.

You will support the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while learning SOPs and patient-facing competencies to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Eligibility to obtain pharmacist licensure per state timelines.
• Intern/technician licensure required or in progress.
• 1+ years of related pharmacy/retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and prompt service.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Follow SOPs, protect patient privacy, and maintain safety standards.
• Travel to other stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.

Education
