Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom knowledge in real-world pharmacy operations. You will work under a licensed pharmacist, follow a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while ensuring patient safety and service quality.

As you progress, you will support medication dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations where permitted, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs, assist pharmacists with dispensing, and support patient safety and service quality
• Deliver patient care support by counseling, fielding questions, and assisting with immunizations or in-store services
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
