Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. Under the guidance of a preceptor and district leader, you will complete a 120-day training roadmap to deepen patient safety knowledge and SOP adherence.

You will assist pharmacists and technicians, support immunizations and point-of-care services, and learn operations across store, district, and regional levels.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program before start of training program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations, DUR, and other pharmacy services under supervision.
• Learn SOPs and engage in coaching and mentorship from leadership and preceptors.
• Provide empathetic customer service and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Assist with inventory activities and basic pharmacy workflow tasks as directed.
