Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse – Graduate Nurse for the IP Pediatrics unit. The nurse will work 36+ hours weekly on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with weekend assignments and EOH as needed.

The graduate nurse must be enrolled in an RN program and graduate in spring/summer 2027, practicing under supervision until licensure. A PA temporary permit is required and a strong multidisciplinary team supports patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate nurse must register and complete the state board examination within 90 days from start date.
• New graduate program; previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Current PA temporary practice permit required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and restores patients’ health by nursing process and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Documents care and monitors patient progress in the medical record.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety standards.
