Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network's Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse - Graduate Nurse to join our pediatric inpatient team on the night shift. You must be enrolled in an RN program and graduating spring/summer 2027, with supervision from an experienced RN.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The position is full-time (36+ hrs/wk) with weekend assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and intermultidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• The graduate nurse who holds a TPP must practice under the supervision of an experienced, Pennsylvania registered nurse who is physically present in the unit or area where the graduate nurse is practicing.
