Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation in Center Valley, PA is seeking a graduate nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will practice under supervision of an experienced RN while delivering compassionate care to patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

The program is designed for new graduates with a PA temporary practice permit; an RN degree is required and a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an RN program and graduating Spring/Summer 2027.
• PA temporary practice permit required.
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• New graduate program; prior health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process with physicians and the intermultidisciplinary team.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Educates patients and families to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills.
• Maintains patient safety, infection control, and professional standards of care.
