Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Development Program in Engineering. Through rotations across locations, you will build a strong engineering foundation and gain exposure to senior leaders.

Assignments cover modeling, value engineering, product validation, and new technology development. The experience blends on-site work five days weekly or hybrid setups, with relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field completed before start.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Proven leadership roles in clubs, sports, or projects.
• At least one degree-related internship or relevant work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and geographic flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple rotational assignments across product areas.
• Develop foundational engineering skills in modeling, value engineering, and product testing.
• Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Relocate as needed; onsite/hybrid rotations with travel considerations.
