Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pursuing graduate degree preferred.
• Graduate degree in analytics, UX, digital strategy, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with VOC analytics and journey mapping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys.
• Evaluate website and digital experience touches using analytics.
• Support process improvement and develop journey maps with recommendations.
• Assist content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Collaborate across digital experience, marketing, product, and analytics teams.
