Job summary

United Concordia Dental is offering a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship to grow the next generation of CX, analytics, and digital strategy professionals within a healthcare setting.

Interns will work on customer journey evaluation, VOC insights, UX research, and data-driven decisions while collaborating with business leaders, digital teams, and product owners to improve satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Analytics, UX, Digital Marketing or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience with Voice of Customer analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving daily operational issues.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives and receive guidance from senior staff.
• Undertake projects to develop professional skills relevant to the organization’s needs.
• Participate in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit’s objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
