Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Familiar with VOC analytics, customer journey mapping, CX measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data.
• Evaluate customer journeys.
• Conduct website and digital experience assessments.
• Review Adobe Analytics insights.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations.
• Assist with content and SEO optimization efforts.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
