Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate website and digital experience assessments to optimize user flows.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist with content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply insights to CX strategy.
