Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Pursuit or completion of a graduate degree full- or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, UX, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration.
• Experience with VOC analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
• Engage in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
