Responsibilities

• Provide ESL instruction to Multilingual Learners identified as English Learners.
• Collaborate with content teachers to align language development with classroom needs.
• Support language development across all four domains and assignments.
• Assist with ACCESS administration.
• Organize ELL student transition meetings as appropriate.
• Plan lessons aligned to WIDA standards for varying proficiency levels.
• Incorporate culturally relevant instructional practices and technology.
