Responsibilities
  • Provide ESL instruction to Multilingual Learners identified as English Learners.
  • Collaborate with content teachers to support students' English language development and classroom needs.
  • Work with instructional leadership to ensure ELL students receive necessary support.
  • Assist with ACCESS administration and ELL student transition meetings.
  • Plan and deliver lessons aligned with WIDA standards, catering to varying proficiency levels.
  • Use culturally relevant practices and integrate technology into instruction.
  • Administer state and local assessments for ELL students as appropriate.
  • Participate in professional development to stay current with ELL strategies.
