Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist technical advisor to Anthropic customers deploying new products with Claude API
• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Influence architecture decisions by developing pilots and evaluation suites
• Lead hands-on workshops and code reviews with customer teams
• Identify design patterns and contribute insights back to Product/Engineering
• Create scalable assets documenting prompting, eval, and architecture techniques
• Stay updated on latest LLM capabilities and AI product stacks
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support
• Attend conferences, speak, and publish on AI topics
