Job summary

Granicus is seeking an Associate AI Solutions Advisor to join the AI Solutions team. You will support discovery and qualification for AI-native offerings and help build a strong pipeline across an assigned territory, partnering with Account Managers and AI Value Engineers.

In this remote-first role, you will contribute to workshops, demos, and pilot engagements, while maintaining Salesforce updates and collaborating with RevOps and Marketing to improve lead routing and qualification criteria.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, solution consulting, customer success, sales support or business development at a software company.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies with ability to discuss business value and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery calls and qualification of customer needs.
• Help identify AI opportunities and process automation in public sector prospects.
• Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to build a strong pipeline.
