Granicus is seeking a self‑starting AI Product Manager to help build and scale AI capabilities powering Revenue Operations. You will translate RevOps needs into practical AI-driven solutions and work with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable impact.

You will lead prioritization, partner with RevOps leaders, engineers, and data analysts to deliver AI roadmaps, achieve productivity gains, forecast accuracy, and improved seller experience in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled or data-driven products in operations.
• Ability to translate RevOps needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Enablement, Proposal).
• Familiarity with model limitations, data quality, and evaluation metrics.

Aufgaben

• Define and prioritize the RevOps AI roadmap with leadership alignment.
• Translate business problems into practical AI-driven product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Track adoption, accuracy, time saved, and revenue impact.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs to RevOps and executives.
• Ensure high adoption, trust, and productivity of internal AI tools.
• Monitor post-release performance and iterate based on findings.
• Develop SME knowledge in forecasting, deal inspection, and proposals.
• Drive accelerated delivery through clear scoping and sequencing.
