Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership
• Experience working cross functionally with technical and customer facing teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products.
• Coordinate product readiness, track issues, and ensure quality release.
• Serve as a central coordinator across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation.
