Job summary

Go Vocal, a global govtech scale-up, is seeking an Account Executive to grow our public sector client base across the US and Canada. You will own the full sales cycle for local governments, from self-sourcing to demo to close, and sign new cities.

You’ll source leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and public sector events, collaborating with our NorthAm team to expand the market and feed market insights back to Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

• Drive tender processes with our Operations team
• Develop a deep understanding of local government challenges and build trust as a partner, not just a vendor.
• Own the full sales cycle for local governments, from self-sourcing to demo to close.
• Source leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and public sector events.
• Work closely with our NorthAm team to grow the market (Sales & Government Success)
• Feed back market insights to our global team (Marketing & Product)
