Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Security Officer to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites in California. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, file reports, and promptly notify authorities in emergencies.

You will coach, discipline, and train staff, review assignments, assist with payroll, and ensure adequate coverage. Interaction with clients is essential to meet security requirements and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in leadership/supervisory roles.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed, reports filed, and authorities notified in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions; seek guidance as needed.
• Train officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts; prepare and file reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks to subordinates; meet with client reps to ensure security requirements are met.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing, coaching, and evaluating staff; may hire/terminate.
