Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related security experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and lead officers on client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct performance reviews.
• Train officers; review assignments and post orders.
• Assist in payroll and personnel records submission.
• Coordinate adequate coverage and prepare required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
