Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Los Angeles is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, and client requirements are met. You will coordinate rounds, file reports, and liaise with authorities during emergencies.

This role involves coaching staff, training new Officers, scheduling coverage, evaluating performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coordinate with management and client representatives, report incidents, and liaise with authorities as needed.
• Coach and discipline personnel, document actions, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts and sites; prepare and submit various reports.
