Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Officers at client sites in the United States. The role focuses on enforcing post orders, ensuring rounds are completed, and reporting incidents accurately.

You will coach staff, conduct training, and collaborate with management to maintain coverage and service quality. Prior security supervisory experience is required, with preference for retail settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related security experience.
• Must have 2 years of Security Site Supervisor experience to be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s); ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; notify authorities and client in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to verify security requirements and provide quality service.
• May interview, orient, train, assign, direct, and appraise staff; recommend hires and terminations.
