Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client sites in California. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed while providing quality customer service.

This role involves coaching and disciplining staff, training officers on post orders, assisting with payroll, and coordinating coverage with management.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and valid CA driver license.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; prepare and file reports.
• Inspect posts; outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties per policy: interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
