Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a on-site Supervisor to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites in Camarillo, CA.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed, while coordinating with authorities and clients during emergencies. You will coach and discipline staff, conduct training, review assignments, and help maintain full post coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising security personnel and coordinating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach, discipline, and support staff; document actions and report to management.
• Train officers and review assignments; ensure coverage and safety.
• Assist with payroll submissions and posting of reports.
• Coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service.
