Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to help clients navigate complex change programs. The role emphasizes people, processes, and technology readiness with stakeholder engagement and training to sustain new ways of working.

You will partner with project teams, assess readiness, and guide leaders through change while applying PROSCI practices and leveraging AI-enabled insights to drive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of experience applying PROSCI OCM methodology.
• At least one year of experience providing organizational readiness analysis for a project valued at $10 million or more.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
