Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to help government clients modernize their people, processes, and technologies. You will lead change initiatives, apply PROSCI or similar methodologies, and partner with clients to plan readiness, training, and communications that drive adoption.

In this hybrid role, you will work with multidisciplinary teams across projects, build stakeholder relationships, and guide leaders through complex transitions while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum two years applying a recognized OCM methodology (e.g., PROSCI).
• Minimum one year of readiness analysis and planning for a project valued at $10M+.
• Minimum one year guiding stakeholders through change, assessing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
