Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Government consulting practice in Washington, DC. You will lead organizational readiness, manage change impacts, and coordinate stakeholder engagement for complex public-sector initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring PROSCI or related OCM certification, with a track record of guiding large-scale change and delivering results in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience applying a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of experience providing organizational readiness analysis for a project valued at $10M+.
• At least one year of experience guiding stakeholders through change by explaining impacts and readiness.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps and actions.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with project leaders and other delivery teams across phases.
