Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst – Government Contracts to oversee administration and coordination of government contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. This role ensures compliance, timely execution, and accurate reporting aligned with customer obligations and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work within defined objectives while collaborating with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer government contract programs and ensure contract requirements are executed accurately and on time.
• Perform root-cause analyses and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze reporting for government contracts and maintain pricing files.
• Assist in contract modifications and pricing file maintenance for NASPO, DLA eCAT, and similar vehicles.
• Support audit readiness and continuous process improvements across government contracts.
