Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and coordinate federal and state contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. You will support contract performance, reporting accuracy, and process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Government Contracts leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time-sensitive contract administration in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable experience in contracts, government procurement, pricing, contract operations, reporting, or related business support.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administrative efforts for assigned government contracts, including NASPO and DLA eCAT, ensuring requirements are executed accurately and in compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective action plans with internal and external partners.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for government customers and contract performance tracking.
• Maintain pricing files and execute contract modifications and administrative actions.
• Support audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and contract file maintenance.
