Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and support NASPO and DLA eCAT programs, ensuring contract requirements are executed accurately and in compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government Contracts leadership to support performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts/government procurement experience.
• Background in government contract administration preferred.
• Knowledge of NASPO, DLA eCAT, GSA or similar programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract admin for government contracts including NASPO and DLA eCAT with compliance and timely execution.
• Perform root-cause analysis on compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare customer reporting and contract performance tracking for government programs.
• Modify contracts and maintain pricing files; support pricing actions.
• Provide analytics to Sales leadership and Government Contracts Manager to drive growth and profitability.
• Train internal teams on reporting obligations and contract requirements.
