Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and support government contract programs, focusing on NASPO and DLA eCAT vehicles. You will monitor contractual requirements, collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Government Contracts leadership, and drive accuracy in reporting and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in contracts, government procurement, pricing, or related business support.
• Experience with government contract vehicles and pricing is a plus.
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administrative efforts for assigned government contracts, including NASPO and DLA eCAT, ensuring contract requirements are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with customer obligations.
• Perform root-cause analysis on compliance issues and implement corrective actions with internal/external partners.
• Prepare and analyze reports for government customers, including pricing files and contract performance tracking.
• Execute contract modifications and maintain customer pricing files.
• Suggest tools, policies, and processes to improve government contract performance and compliance.
