Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and coordinate government contract programs, with emphasis on NASPO, DLA eCAT, and other federal/state vehicles. You will monitor compliance, support reporting, and drive process improvements across internal stakeholders and external customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contracts/government procurement, strong analytical and Excel skills, and can travel ~5% as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of contracts/government procurement experience.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel capabilities and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer government contract programs, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Coordinate pricing files, reporting, and contract performance tracking.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions with internal/external partners.
• Support audits and maintain contract documentation and pricing integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government teams.
