Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst – Government Contracts to administer and coordinate major federal and state government contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. The role demands analytical rigor and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and contract performance.

The candidate will work with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government Contracts leadership to drive improvements, resolve issues, and maintain pricing files while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in contracts, government procurement, pricing, or contract operations.
• Experience with NASPO, DLA eCAT, GSA, or similar programs preferred.
• Strong Excel capabilities.
• Ability to travel ~5%.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate government contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT.
• Monitor compliance, reporting, and performance against contract terms.
• Prepare and analyze pricing files and related reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government Contracts leadership.
• Support audit readiness and contract file maintenance.
