Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and support government contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. You will monitor compliance, report on performance, and collaborate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Legal, and Government Contracts leaders to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment while communicating with internal stakeholders and government customers.

Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
• 3+ years in contracts, government procurement, pricing, or related function.
• Background in government procurement and contract administration preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support government contract programs including NASPO and DLA eCAT.
• Ensure contract requirements are executed accurately and in compliance.
• Provide reporting, performance tracking, and issue resolution support.
• Coordinate contract modifications and pricing file maintenance.
• Analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Government Contracts teams.
• Train internal partners on reporting obligations and contract duties.
• Support audit readiness and maintain contract documentation.
