Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst - Government Contracts to administer and coordinate major federal and state government vehicles., including NASPO and DLA eCAT. You will monitor contractual requirements, report on performance, and support process improvements while partnering with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, timely execution, and independent work within defined objectives, with ~5% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 3+ years of contracts, government procurement, pricing, or related operations.
• Experience with NASPO, DLA eCAT, GSA, or similar programs preferred.
• Strong Excel capabilities and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel about 5% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract administration for government contracts ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions with internal and external partners.
• Prepare customer reports, track contract performance, and manage pricing files.
• Coordinate contract modifications and pricing file maintenance.
• Support audits, documentation, and contract file maintenance for readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government teams.
