Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Director of USG Capture Management to lead end-to-end capture lifecycle for U.S. Government opportunities. You'll orchestrate engineers, pricing, and proposal teams, shaping compelling, compliant bids and navigating internal reviews.

The role requires a deep federal procurement understanding, a technical background in satellite systems, and travel up to 25%. Reporting to the Senior Director of USG Sales and Solutions Engineering, you will coordinate with senior leadership

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience in federal procurement and US Government captures is required.
• Background in engineering or satellite systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy and planning for US Government opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development and pricing to shape winning bids.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and PTW analyses.
• Manage teaming strategies and partnerships.
• Guide the opportunity through reviews and milestone decisions.
• Oversee transition from capture to proposal with the Proposal Manager.
