Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Data Science is required.
• Strong analytical and programming skills with the ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, and PowerPoint; produce polished deliverables with minimal guidance.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and analyze data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire government bid process from researching bids to tracking data and automating reports.
• Coordinate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro Teams to secure contracts.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and limited supervision.
• Review contracts for compliance and identify gaps quickly.
• Prepare and present weekly bid reports for Field and Management teams.
